What changes from one city to another?
- Shipping fee and delivery date: a seller in Jakarta ships to Jakarta faster and cheaper than to Makassar.
- Which offer wins: marketplaces rank listings partly by distance and delivery promise.
- Stock: quick-commerce apps in India show the stock of the nearest dark store, which changes by neighbourhood.
- Vouchers and campaigns: some promotions are limited to regions or cities.
A country-level IP mixes all of this. A city IP plus a local postcode gives a clean, repeatable reading.
How do I run a repeatable city price check?
List cities and postcodes
Pick the cities you report on and one postcode per city from its page, for example 400001 for Mumbai or 1000 for Dhaka.

How much traffic does it use?
A product page with images can weigh several megabytes; the same page fetched as HTML only, without images, is much lighter. Blocking images, fonts and video in a headless browser cuts traffic sharply. Which city should I test first?
The capital and the second city of each market, for example Jakarta and Surabaya, or Manila and Cebu City. Differences in shipping and delivery usually show up there first.
