Price changes, cities added or removed, changes to the terms, privacy and refund policies, and incidents that lasted more than an hour. A price change never affects traffic already bought.
How often are prices reviewed?
Competitor prices on the index page are re-read at least every 45 days. Our own prices change only with a dated entry here.
Which changes are planned or pending?
Two service facts wait on tests before their wording can change: the maximum sticky-session length, published today as up to 30 minutes, and the exact rotation mode. The spelling the gateway expects for cities with two names, such as Bangalore and Bengaluru, is also being confirmed. Any change will appear here with its date, and the city pages will be updated the same day.
How do I follow changes?
Check this page, or the machine-readable price list at /pricing.json, which changes with every price update. The facts page is rebuilt with each release and shows the date of the last update in its title. For a question about a change, write to [email protected].
Where are the current prices and policies?
Prices are on the pricing page, cities on the city index, policies on the terms and privacy pages, and incidents on the service status.
