## Is it the gateway, the target or the city?

- **Every request fails, on every target:** check your credentials and the port, then write to support.
- **One site fails, others work:** the target is refusing the request. Slow down, or try a sticky session.
- **One city fails, the country works:** no home IP in that city is online at the moment. Retry later or use a nearby city.

## What should I check before reporting a city problem?

1. Run one request with the country only, `USERNAME-country-th`, to confirm the credentials and the gateway work.
2. Add the city back, `USERNAME-country-th-city-chiang_mai`, and check the spelling on the [city page](https://banyanproxies.com/residential-proxies/chiang-mai/).
3. Try a nearby city from the same country page.
4. Note the local time in that city: late at night fewer home devices are online.

If the country works and the city does not, the city is probably short of IPs at that moment. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.

## How do I report a problem?

Email support@banyanproxies.com with the username you used (no password), the target, the time with time zone and the error. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
